We're looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised person to help run our beautiful salon and growing premium wig business in Hayes.

This is a varied role combining customer service, salon coordination, administration and supporting clients through their wig journey.

No wig experience is necessary — full training will be provided. We're looking for someone with excellent people skills who loves being organised and taking responsibility.

The Ultimate Wig Company is a premium human-hair wig business helping people feel confident through personalised advice, consultations and beautiful hair.

We’re looking for a proactive, caring and capable team member to become the organisational hub of our Hayes location, supporting our stylists and coordinating customer care across our consultation locations.

This is a varied role combining administration, reception, customer relations and maintaining a beautifully presented client environment. You will also receive training to carry out wig consultations, with opportunities to develop as the business grows.

Your role will include:

• Managing appointments, diaries and customer enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp and email.
• Keeping customer records, orders and follow-ups accurate and organised.
• Coordinating bookings and customer communication across our locations.
• Welcoming clients and providing attentive, professional customer service.
• Supporting our Hayes stylists with the day-to-day organisation of the salon.
• Organising stock and supplies and preparing consultation spaces.
• Carrying out light cleaning and daily tidying to keep the salon clean, welcoming and well presented.
• Learning our wig collection, sizing and fitting, then carrying out consultations following training.
• Guiding customers through their options and purchase with confidence, empathy and care.

About you:

• You have substantial experience in administration and organisation.
• You have experience delivering a high standard of customer service.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, in person and in writing.
• You are comfortable using computers, booking systems and customer databases.
• You take initiative, follow tasks through and manage competing priorities.
• You are warm, discreet and sensitive to customers who may be experiencing hair loss.
• You are comfortable discussing products and prices and helping customers make a purchase decision.
• You are willing and enthusiastic to train as a wig consultant.

Previous salon experience would be advantageous, particularly an understanding of how a salon is organised and maintained. However, no previous wig experience is required; full wig consultation training will be provided.

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,420.00 per year
