DAYTIME RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT SHIFT ONLY! Get your life back and stop working nights!

The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY restaurant! With restaurant hours between 7:30am to 3pm, we offer our employees a better balance between work & Life. Who doesn’t love to be home in time for dinner every night?

· Experience & Growth: We have been in business for 28 years and now have locations across NJ, PA, DE, FL, and VA. We are a growing company offering exciting career opportunities and growth. We are expanding with both corporate-owned locations and franchised stores.

· Professionalism: We pride ourselves on finding and training energetic, hard-working individuals that may or may not have restaurant work experience, but do have the desire to learn, lead and provide exceptional service to guests.

· Gratitude: We show our appreciation to team members in many ways, such as company picnics, evening dinner outings, additional paid days off, manager workshops, gifts of appreciation, birthday announcements and other tokens of gratitude

· Respect: We provide a comprehensive Managerial training program for our new hires. Throughout your training there are weekly and biweekly follow-ups with the upper management team as well as our HR Manager to ensure you are having a positive experience. This collaboration ensures that you are learning all aspects of the Turning Point system and emphasizes the mutual respect we all have for each other.

After your training is complete, you will be placed in a restaurant. Individual store operations lie under your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager. Providing top leadership to your team members and laser focused on guest satisfaction will be mandatory requirements.
