The Staff Pad has partnered with a highly regarded, award-winning pediatric dental group in Louisiana to recruit a Pediatric Dentist for its growing practice in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.

Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 4–5 Days per Week | Multiple Locations

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care across multiple locations, including Shreveport/Bossier City, Natchitoches, Minden, Ruston, and Alexandria
- Collaborate with experienced dental teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Travel between assigned offices as needed to support patient care and practice operations
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Pediatric Dentist
- Ability to provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients
- Willingness to work across multiple office locations as needed
What You Can Expect
- Guaranteed annual salary of $400,000, with earning potential of up to $750,000
- Compensation at 34% of collections
