At The South Western as a back of house assistant, you will play a vital role in the background runnings of a busy countryside pub. The South Western is a recently opened renovation of a Victorian railway inn situated in the peaceful village of Tisbury. As a freshly open, bustling country pub we are looking for someone who is passionate, hard working and a great team player to support our kitchen and front of house team.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, aiding our head chef in washing dishes and keeping sections clean during a busy service.
• Aiding our front of house team in food running and general cleaning
• Communication with both front and back of house on guest requests

Pay: minimum wage + share of TRONC tips

Hours: (Weekend and evening availability) 5-25 hours per week

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
