Key Responsibilities Serve meals promptly and courteously, assisting residents with menu selections and addressing any requests. Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and floors after every meal service. Collaborate with coworkers to promote a positive, resilient, and smooth-running kitchen and dining room. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills (no prior experience needed—we provide full on-the-job training!). Flexible schedule required, including availability for weekends and holidays as shifts vary. A dependable work ethic and a genuine desire to work closely with a supportive team and community.
