About The Merritt Method LLC

The Merritt Method LLC is an AI software and business infrastructure company building products that help organizations operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and deploy AI responsibly.

Our mission is to create practical AI-powered systems that improve business operations across enterprise, finance, healthcare, government, and small businesses.

Our current portfolio includes:

We've already built products, content, software, digital assets, and marketing resources. Now we're looking for someone who can help us turn those assets into a repeatable revenue engine.

About the Role

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Operations Manager who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and driving measurable business growth.

You'll work directly with the founder to improve our digital product business, strengthen our online presence, and build scalable marketing and sales operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes taking ownership, experimenting with new ideas, and using data to improve results.

If you're excited about AI, startups, digital products, and building something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront.
Improve product listings, pricing, and customer experience.
Plan, create, and schedule content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, and other platforms.
Repurpose existing videos, articles, demos, and educational content into platform-specific marketing assets.
Build and manage simple email marketing campaigns and lead-generation funnels.
Support the launch of new digital products and software applications.
Track key business metrics including traffic, conversions, subscribers, and revenue.
Recommend improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.
Document processes that help the business scale.

During the first 90 days, you'll help us:

Increase digital product sales.
Improve Shopify conversion rates.
Grow our email subscriber base.
Build a consistent content publishing system.
Strengthen our online presence.
Create repeatable operating procedures that support long-term growth.
Compensation

This position begins with a 30-day contractor trial using performance-based compensation with revenue sharing.

Outstanding performance can lead to a long-term paid operating role with increased responsibility as the company grows.

If you're excited about helping build the commercial engine behind an AI software company and want to play an important role in its growth, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to help build a company from an early stage where your work will have visible impact.

You'll work directly with the founder, influence strategy, help launch new AI products, and build repeatable systems that support long-term growth.

Rather than joining a large company with a narrowly defined role, you'll have the opportunity to shape marketing, operations, and commercial execution across multiple products.

If you enjoy ownership, experimentation, and seeing the direct results of your work, you'll thrive here.
