Summary: The Imagine Group, an Imagine Company, is recruiting an AI Solutions Intern on behalf of a worldwide leader in compressed air solutions with operations in Buffalo, NY. The intern will support the Sales and Proposal team by implementing AI solutions, optimizing workflows and prompts, researching emerging technologies, testing solutions, supporting pilot projects, and helping with user training and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of AI-driven solutions that support sales and tendering teams
- Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and use cases utilizing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other approved AI platforms
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications for the Sales and Proposal Team
- Conduct testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure reliability and effectiveness
- Support pilot projects and measure outcomes related to productivity, proposal quality, and time savings
- Assist with user training and adoption initiatives related to AI tools and solutions
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to business stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in:
- Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and business process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies
- Experience with data analysis, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code solutions
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering concepts
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus
