Cafe Staff at The Hive in Rockmart, GA

Summary: The Hive is a coffeehouse style indoor playground and cafe located in Rockmart. They are seeking Cafe Staff to interact with guests, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
- Must be available to work weekends and 2-7pm
- Interacting with the guests and providing excellent customer service when answering phone calls, assisting customers with questions, and spreading the word about our business including special events and birthday parties
- Processing orders at the register, greeting and assisting guests with the menu
- Maintaining the organization, safety, and cleanliness of the cafe and kitchen areas
- Prepping and serving at parties and events

Required Qualifications:
- Must be available to work weekends and 2-7pm
- Must be patient and LOVE kids
- Must be willing to complete a background check as well as new hire training that includes CPR/first aid

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with kids and in food service
- Barista experience
- Experience maintaining and pouring with a tap system
