We are looking for an experienced B2B professional who genuinely enjoys building client relationships, brings a strong passion for food, catering and hospitality, and leverages CRM tools to deliver consistently proactive customer management.
About the Role
This is a high-touch, tech-enabled B2B customer relations position. As Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing client relationships and ensuring every account receives a seamless experience from onboarding through to daily execution.
You will manage B2B customer communications through our CRM platform, coordinate complex catering requests, resolve escalated queries, and work closely with Operations and Account Managers to maximize account retention and satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proficient with CRM systems, calm under pressure, and motivated by maintaining high standards of service.
What You’ll Do
B2B Customer Management Experience

Proactively manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, order amendments, and special requests

Own the end-to-end customer journey, leveraging HubSpot to track interactions, anticipate client needs, and ensure seamless service delivery

Resolve escalated client queries and complaints professionally, turning challenges into retention opportunities

Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure order accuracy, timing, and service consistency
Catering Coordination Menu Management

Manage end-to-end catering enquiries from quotation through to delivery coordination

Partner with food and beverage suppliers to ensure product quality, dietary accuracy, and on-time fulfillment

Recommend tailored menu options based on client preferences, seasonal campaigns, and dietary requirements

Support the rollout of seasonal catering offerings and workplace event packages
- CRM Customer Administration

Drive HubSpot data accuracy, managing customer profiles, pipeline status, and communication logs

Support seamless new client onboarding, account setup, and recurring order workflows

Generate monthly reporting on customer feedback, check-ins, and account health metrics

Assist with administrative workflows including customer manifests and tender submission documentation
Customer Delight Retention

Coordinate targeted client appreciation initiatives, corporate gifting, and seasonal engagement campaigns

Work alongside Account Managers to conduct proactive client follow-ups and identify growth opportunities

Track and report monthly on "Delight Moments" and client satisfaction benchmarks
Commercial Awareness

Identify opportunities where clients would benefit from additional product lines or expanded services

Pass qualified upsell and expansion opportunities to Account Managers and Coffee Growth Specialists

Driving high rates of customer retention through prompt problem-solving and proactive communication

Ensuring smooth execution across all catering and workplace food orders
Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B customer service, account management, or high-volume hospitality/catering coordination

Hands-on experience using HubSpot(or a similar CRM) to manage customer communications, workflows, and reporting

Demonstrated ability to manage B2B client relationships with strong conflict-resolution skills

Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commercial mindset
Nice to Have

Direct experience in corporate event planning or large-scale catering management

Working knowledge of dietary requirements, allergen standards, and corporate food service

Experience supporting sales or account management teams in a growing business

Salary:€40,000 to €42,000 DOE
