About The Elite Health Club

The Elite Health Club is a premium health, fitness, and wellness facility in Dubai. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team and manage marketing accounts, campaigns, partnerships, and day-to-day coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple marketing accounts, campaigns, and projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, influencers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media, promotional campaigns, partnerships, events, and brand activations.
• Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, presentations, reports, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, media buyers, and other marketing suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations based on results.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and according to the agreed objectives.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase membership, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities for The Elite Health Club and related brands/projects.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, contacts, budgets, deliverables, and marketing materials.
• Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, fitness activities, and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple projects or client accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in the fitness, health, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and local marketing trends is preferred.
