Operations Director at The Egis Group in Cairo, Cairo Governorate, eg

Company Description

Egis is a leading global architectural, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility services firm. We create and operate intelligent infrastructure and buildings that both respond to the climate emergency and contribute to more balanced, sustainable and resilient development. Our almost 25,000 employees operate across over 70 countries, deploying their expertise to develop and deliver cutting-edge innovations and solutions for clients. Through the wide range of our activities, we are central to the collective organisation of society and the living environment of citizens all over the world.

Egis has been working in Ireland since 1994, making us one of the longest-established and largest multidisciplinary consultancy, engineering and operations firms in the country. Today we have more than 600 people across 16 locations nationwide, working on some of Ireland’s most significant infrastructure programmes.

We operate more of Ireland’s road infrastructure than any other firm, overseeing 1,200km of motorways and running two of the country’s most complex tunnel facilities, the Dublin Tunnel and the Jack Lynch Tunnel in Cork. That combination of design, engineering and long-term operations experience is rare, and it gives our people a perspective on infrastructure that goes well beyond the drawing board. If you want to understand how major assets actually perform over time, and how to make them safer, more efficient and more sustainable, this is a good place to develop that knowledge.
