Summary: The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking an Agency Contract Specialist to support their Sales and Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing agency contracts, while collaborating with a diverse team and developing strong relationships with agents.

Responsibilities:
- Learn and demonstrate understanding of agency contract processes and requirements
- Learn and demonstrate understanding of agency hierarchies
- Become familiar with relevant internal and external systems and applications
- Develop a general understanding of agency agreements
- Communicate effectively with agents, agency staff, and field representatives
- Process new agency contracts and schedule new agency appointment visits
- Analyze contracts, including closings, to ensure compliance with regulatory and state requirements
- Manage agency data using ACMS and Workbench

Required Qualifications:
- high school diploma (required)
- excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and agents while pursuing mutually beneficial solutions
- professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- a desire to learn and expand your knowledge
