Join our Talent Pool at The… · Beijing

At The Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), we believe that change is possible. We are looking to connect with talented individuals who are inspired by our mission to improve the lives of children and contribute to lasting change around the world.

By joining the CIFF Talent Pool, you'll stay connected with our work, culture and future opportunities. As relevant roles become available, we may contact you about opportunities that align with your skills and experience. We will also share occasional careers insights, recruitment updates and news about CIFF's work and impact.

Whether you're actively looking for your next opportunity or simply interested in learning more about CIFF, we'd love to stay connected. Join our Talent Pool to hear about future opportunities and learn more about the people, programmes and impact behind our mission.

We welcome interest from people who:

• Are motivated by CIFF's mission to improve the lives of children.
• Build trusted relationships through humility, empathy and collaboration.
• Think strategically and are motivated by achieving meaningful impact.
• Are comfortable working in a dynamic, globally connected environment.
• Embrace learning, growth and continuous improvement.
• Bring diverse perspectives, curiosity and a willingness to challenge thinking constructively.
• Have skills, experience or expertise that may support CIFF's work now or in the future.

How to join:

• Submit your CV and complete the application form to ensure we only contact you about roles that would match your interests.
• Please note, you will remain a member of our talent community for two years from the date of submitting your CV. Due to data protection legislation, your profile will then be automatically deleted, so please feel free to reapply if you would like to remain in contact at that stage.
• You will be able to opt out of the Talent pool at any time by emailing recruitment@ciff.org or hitting "Unsubscribe" on one of our newsletters.
• Being part of the Talent Community does not guarantee you a role at CIFF. If you pursue an active role, you may still be required to follow the standard recruitment process, detailed on our careers page.

We look forward to connecting with talented individuals who want to make a difference.
