Discover. Real. Growth.

At The Brand Leader®, Discover. Real. Growth. is not just something we deliver to clients. It defines how we build careers.

Discover your potential.

Create work that shows up in the real world.

Grow your skills, your portfolio, and your career.

For almost 30 years, we have built and led national brands across industries. With strategy, creative, digital, photography, and video under one roof, we bring brands full circle from idea to execution.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to lead social strategy and execution across a growing roster of national brands, from wine, spirits, beverage, CPG, lifestyle, and beyond.

You'll own the social program for your accounts end to end: shaping strategy, guiding the team that brings it to life, and partnering with clients as a trusted advisor. This is a player-coach role for someone who still loves getting into the work and who wants to help build the team and processes behind it as social, digital, and media become even more central to how we grow brands.

Who You Are

• You think in platforms and culture, and you can connect a trend to a brand's business goals.
• You lead with strategy and back it up with data.
• You're a confident presenter, comfortable being the social lead in the room with clients.
• You develop people, giving clear direction, honest feedback, and room to grow.
• You stay organized and calm while managing multiple brands, calendars, and deadlines at once.
• You lead without ego and are energized by getting into the work, not just directing it.
