Business Development & Digital Growth Associate

Location: Rogers, Arkansas

About Bluebird

We're The Bluebird Group - we're an omnichannel commerce partner that helps brands grow across every retail and digital channel.

We sit at the intersection of retail, eCommerce, media, and data. We help brands show up wherever their customers are (Target, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, social commerce like TikTok, and beyond) and drive real sales growth.

We're not just strategists - we're a hands-on team of experienced retail operators who execute across everything from retail media and creative to data, insights, and full go-to-market strategy.

The result: we simplify what's become a really complex retail landscape and help brands scale faster and smarter.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a driven, curious, and entrepreneurial Business Development & Digital Growth Associate to join our business development team. This hybrid growth role combines outbound prospecting, commerce intelligence, AI-enabled research, and hands-on pitch development. You’ll identify and open doors with high-potential brands, uncover where they may be leaving growth on the table, and help turn those opportunities into compelling pitches and new business.

You’ll work closely with our business development and digital leadership teams and gain direct exposure to how agency opportunities are identified, developed, pitched, and closed across Amazon, Walmart, Target, retail media, DTC, and emerging commerce channels. This is not a traditional SDR role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively, use data and technology intelligently, and continually find better ways to generate growth.
