Why BCBAs Choose The Behavior Lab

At The Behavior Lab, we do things differently.

We believe you can provide meaningful, high-quality care without burnout. Our BCBAs are supported, trusted, and given the flexibility to build a caseload that works for their life - not the other way around.

We are a play-based ABA company focused on compassionate, individualized care for children and families. Our team works across home, school, clinic, and community settings to meet families where they are - and we show up the same way for our clinicians.

If you’re looking for a place where you’re valued as both a clinician and a human, you’ve found it. Just ask our current BCBAs!
