About The Behavior Lab

At The Behavior Lab, we believe in playful learning, compassionate care, and building brighter futures—one child at a time.

We are a home, clinic, school, and community-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company dedicated to helping children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges reach their full potential. Through individualized, play-based therapy, we teach meaningful skills that help children gain confidence, independence, and success in everyday life.

What makes us different? We believe therapy should be engaging, relationships matter, and every small victory deserves to be celebrated. Our team is made up of passionate professionals who lead with kindness, creativity, and purpose—and we genuinely enjoy what we do.

If you're looking for a career where you can make a real difference, learn valuable skills, and have fun along the way, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a child's life every single day.

Working one-on-one with children, you'll help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. With guidance and mentorship from our experienced clinical team, you'll create meaningful learning opportunities through play, connection, and encouragement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings
• Making learning engaging through play-based and interactive activities
• Supporting children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating their progress
• Collecting data and documenting skill development and behaviors
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and success
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet each child's unique strengths and needs
• Bringing patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every session

Every day is different, and every milestone—big or small—matters.

What We're Looking For

You don't need prior ABA experience to get started—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.

What matters most is your passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field is a plus
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings
• Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference
