We are looking for a passionate, driven and client-focused Aesthetic Skin Specialist to join our team in the Southern Suburbs.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for skin health, an interest in advanced aesthetic treatments and a desire to help clients achieve meaningful, visible results.

YOUR ROLE:

As an Aesthetic Skin Specialist, you will:

• Conduct professional skin consultations and VISIA skin analyses.
• Develop personalised treatment plans to address individual skin concerns and goals.
• Perform advanced skin treatments and specialised therapies.
• Educate clients on skin health, home-care routines and treatment programs.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and care.
• Recommend appropriate professional home-care products and treatment programs.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of treatment and client experience.
• Contribute positively to the team's performance and the growth of the business.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Experience in the following treatments and technologies would be a strong advantage:

• IPL treatments
• Lamprobe treatments
• HydraFacial
• VISIA Skin Analysis
• Chemical Peels
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage
• Spray Tanning
• Waxing

Don't have experience in all these treatments? That's okay!

We provide comprehensive training on our technologies, treatments and protocols. Previous experience is an advantage, but the right attitude, willingness to learn and passion for skin are just as important.

REMUNERATION:

• Basic salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications.
