TEMPSENS INSTRUMENTS (INDIA) LIMITED

Head of Marketing, B2B Industrial

Department:Marketing | Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan | Experience: 8 to 12 years | Full-timeAbout the Role A senior leadership role with full ownership of marketing in a B2B industrial organisation. You will define strategy, build the brand, drive demand and create the systems that make marketing measurable and repeatable across global markets.

We are looking for someone who has scaled a brand before, and who has an engineering background strong enough to hold a technical conversation with our product teams.

Key Responsibilities ● Define and execute the end to end marketing strategy, aligned to revenue targets by region and product line.

● Build and scale the Tempsens brand across markets, channels and languages.

● Lead demand generation, positioning and messaging for products and solutions.

● Digital: own the website as a demand asset, technical SEO, paid and organic acquisition, and the analytics stack including attribution across a long sales cycle.

● Content: build a technical content engine of application notes, white papers, case studies and datasheet systems that engineers actually respect.

● Exhibitions: own the global show calendar end to end, from stand design and pre-show outreach to lead capture, post-show nurture and per-event ROI.

● Marketing automation: own the CRM and automation stack, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture programmes and the lead handoff agreement with sales.

● Build, manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, plus agencies and specialist vendors.

● Own the marketing budget, prioritisation of spend and ROI measurement.

Key Products and Solutions Temperature Sensing Solutions, Electrical Heating Solutions and Specialised Cables, spanning contact and non-contact temperature sensors, industrial furnaces and heaters, and specialised wires and cables.

Required Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Metallurgy preferred.

● MBA in Marketing or a related specialisation preferred, not required.

Experience Requirements ● 4-6 years in marketing, including at least 1 year leading a team or function.

● Demonstrable evidence of having scaled a brand: the starting position, what you changed, and the measured outcome in enquiry quality, market entry or pipeline.

● Marketing of technical or engineered products in industrial or B2B manufacturing environments.

● Exposure to export or global markets is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills ● Analytics and tagging: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio.

● CRM and marketing automation: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Marketo, at power user or admin level.

● SEO and web: technical audits, site architecture, Ahrefs or Semrush, CMS ownership, enough HTML and CSS to brief developers accurately.

● Paid media: Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

● Exhibitions, trade marketing and channel enablement, with closed-loop ROI tracking.

● Able to read a specification sheet or standards reference such as IEC 60584 or ASTM E230 well enough to brief content accurately.

Required Skills and Competencies ● Ownership mindset with genuine end to end accountability.

● Systems thinking. You build processes that survive your absence.

● Hands-on leadership. At this stage you will build the first version of most things yourself.

● Commercial literacy. You think in pipeline and margin, not impressions.

● Credibility with engineers, earned through technical fluency.

Preferred Candidate Profile ● Proactive strategic leader, comfortable owning marketing outcomes end to end.

● Strong communicator able to align sales, product and leadership teams.

● Comfortable in a fast-paced global B2B industrial environment.

● Based in or willing to relocate to Udaipur, with domestic and international travel for exhibitions.
