Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily transport operations, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Manage company-owned electric trucks and coordinate third-party trucking providers.
• Ensure safe, timely, and cost-efficient deliveries across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Plan routes and allocate vehicles based on operational requirements.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, and EV charging schedules.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize fleet reliability.
• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
• Work closely with warehouses, customers, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve transport issues, delivery delays, and operational concerns promptly.
• Monitor transport costs, carrier performance, and key operational KPIs.
• Prepare reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, fleet operations, and road safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport or fleet management systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills in monitoring operational performance and transport costs.
