Life & Annuity Agent — Remote | Warm Leads, No Cold Calling

Taubman Financial Management

Sell from anywhere with a 30-year pro in your corner.

Most agents start out on their own: chasing cold prospects, guessing at products, and waiting months for a real paycheck. At Taubman Financial Management (TFM), you start with warm leads, 60+ carriers, and one-on-one coaching from agency founder Scott Taubman. Scott has 30+ years in insurance and financial planning and built and sold his own wealth management firm.

Already licensed and want more support and better carrier access? New to insurance and ready to build a real career? Either way, we'll help you get there. Hear it from Scott: Why This Opportunity and Why Now??

Why agents choose TFM

• 80% starting commission based on carrier payout schedules, with higher contracts for experienced producers

• 60+ carriers. Recommend what's right for the client, not what one company sells

• A fast start if you're new. Training from the ground up and a discounted pre-licensing course

• Your schedule, your location. 100% remote

The numbers

New agents typically earn $60,000+ in their first year, and top producers earn six figures or more. How quickly you start earning is up to you: the more you commit, the faster you'll see results. Startup costs are low: about $150 for state licensing and about $35 a month for E&O insurance. This is a 1099, commission-only role with no base salary, so your income grows with the work you put in.

You'll thrive here if you

• Like running your own day and setting your own goals

• Enjoy listening to people and explaining options clearly

• Want a long-term career helping families protect their income and retirement

Requirements

• Reside in a U.S. state and be authorized to work in the United States
