• Education Qualifications -

  Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy

• Licenses and Certifications -

  Registered Pharmacist on the State of Florida

• Experience Qualifications -

  Prior clinical experience in retail, specialty, or hospital pharmacy required.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Education – Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree
• Completion of PGY-1 General Residency, and PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Residency or equivalent experience.
• Experience – Prior ambulatory clinical experience in a primary care setting
