Independent Sales Rep - Construction Technology at T3 Labs in Remote

Remote (GLOBAL) | Commission Only | Fully Flexible | High Earning Potential

Commission Only No retainer

T3 Labs is looking for experienced people with strong relationships across roofing, construction, suppliers, merchants, manufacturers and trade businesses.

If you can open the right doors, there is serious earning potential here.

We have already built technology that can benefit almost any roofing or construction business in some form, from free tools and monthly software subscriptions through to high-value bespoke systems.

That means you are not trying to sell an idea that does not exist.

The software is built, the demos work, the videos and explainers are ready, and the products solve real problems around estimating, measuring, pricing, quoting, admin and customer experience.

In many cases, the question is not whether the business could benefit.

It is simply which solution fits them, how much value it creates, and whether they are ready to invest in it.

Three ways to create sales:

1. QuoteCore+ App

A monthly subscription platform for contractors and construction businesses.

This gives you a lower-cost product to offer smaller businesses and creates the opportunity to earn recurring commission from referred users.

2. Bespoke Business Solutions

For suppliers, installers, manufacturers, merchants and larger businesses that want their own branded or customised system.

These can include estimating, takeoff, product pricing, labour, quoting, customer pricing, lead capture, admin controls and completely bespoke functionality.

These are the higher-value opportunities and can generate substantial upfront commission, with recurring revenue available on some deals.

3. Free Construction Tools

We also have useful free tools that businesses can start using immediately.

These give you an easy way to start a relationship even when someone is not ready to buy.

A free user today can become a QuoteCore+ customer or bespoke client later.

So even when a prospect is not ready for a paid solution, the conversation does not have to be wasted.

You choose how involved you want to be.

You can simply make an introduction and let us handle everything from there. You can qualify the opportunity and arrange the demo. Or you can stay involved throughout the entire sales process and manage the relationship from first conversation to close.

The more involved you are, the more you can earn.

We handle the technical side, product demonstrations, pricing support, proposals, implementation and ongoing support whenever needed.

What you can earn

This can be a side income or something much bigger. Depending on the type of customer and how involved you are, you can earn through:

• Commission for successful referrals (up to 15%)

• Higher commission for actively helping close sales (up to 20-30%)

• Significant upfront commission on bespoke software projects (up to 50%)

• Recurring commission from QuoteCore+ subscriptions

• Recurring commission on selected ongoing client agreements

A single bespoke sale could be anywhere between £5K-£100K.

A growing base of app customers can create recurring monthly income.

If you already have a strong network and want to actively develop it, there is real potential to turn this into a highly lucrative full-time opportunity.

There are no fixed hours, no exclusivity and no minimum workload.

Who this suits

This is best suited to people who already understand the construction industry and have genuine relationships with business owners or decision-makers.

You might be:

• An independent sales rep

• A roofing or construction salesperson

• A supplier or manufacturer rep

• A merchant or distribution salesperson

• A consultant

• A former industry rep

• A construction software salesperson

• Someone with a strong network across the trade

You do not need to be technical. You do not need to know every feature. You do not need to manage delivery.

Your value is in recognising opportunities, opening doors and helping us get in front of the right people.
