About the role...

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for a large international institution.

What you will do...

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans, including governance, quality, cost, schedule, communication, risk, and resource management.
• Define project plans, tasks, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained in line with PMO standards, including business cases, project status reports, risk registers, project documentation, and budget/cost tracking.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Apply project management methodologies, processes, and standards consistently across assigned projects and workstreams.
• Conduct market analysis and support procurement activities to identify and select appropriate technology and implementation partners.
• Support the development and execution of change management plans, including business readiness, training needs, stakeholder segmentation, and communication campaigns.
• Contribute to benefits realization reporting, including both qualitative and quantitative outcomes.
• Provide input into strategic planning for different phases of Salesforce projects and transformation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

Technical Skills required...

• University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in project management, such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Salesforce project management, architecture/product leadership, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale Salesforce projects, preferably within complex international organizations.
• Strong experience delivering IT-business transformation projects across multiple geographical locations and organizational departments.
• Demonstrated experience managing human and financial resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project delivery.
• Proven experience in executive-level stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and enterprise platforms.
• Good understanding of DevOps and Release Management best practices, including Salesforce shared-org environments.
• Proven experience preparing project plans, status reports, business cases, risk registers, and other PMO documentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders, particularly within federated or decentralized organizations.

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset:

• Salesforce certifications, such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator / Salesforce Certified Business Analyst / Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant / Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant / Salesforce Certified Agentforce Service Consultant.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL v4 certification.
• Change Management certification, such as CCMP, Prosci, or ADKAR.
• Experience delivering digital health or enterprise technology solutions across multiple countries.
• Previous experience working within UN agencies, international organizations, multinational organizations, or consulting environments.
