IS THIS YOU?

• You've built your diagnostic skills on a European brand -- BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, or MINI -- and you're comfortable with complex electrical faults

• You want to move to Porsche and would rather have factory training paid for than wait to be certified first

WHO WE ARE

Porsche Seattle North is part of Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality company in the retail automotive space built on one idea -- be the favorite of our guests, our employees, and our manufacturing partners. We operate 40+ dealerships across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii, and whether you're in Seattle or Anchorage, the standard is the same. Do right by people, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Apply your European brand diagnostic experience to Porsche vehicles, starting with maintenance and repair and building toward complex electrical and drivetrain work

• Learn the Porsche platform through paid factory training, using PIWIS alongside the OEM tools you already know

• Inspect each vehicle and give service advisors a clear, accurate repair path

• Repair to Porsche specifications, with quality checked on every job

• Record all findings and work performed on the repair order

• Test drive vehicles to verify the repair before return

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced technician on a European brand -- BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, MINI, or a comparable platform -- required

• Familiarity with European OEM diagnostic tools such as XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, or VIDA

• Strong diagnostic foundation, including electrical and network faults, and a low comeback rate

• Porsche experience or certification not required -- paid factory training provided

• ASE certifications a plus

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• $35 - $55+/hr flat rate, DOE -- set by your European brand experience and diagnostic depth

• Paid Porsche factory training from day one, with no certification needed to start

• A clear route to Bronze certification and the higher tiers that follow

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Path into shop foreman and service management for technicians ready to lead

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY PORSCHE SEATTLE NORTH
