IS THIS YOU?

• You're a relationship-driven sales professional who earns trust through genuine curiosity, honest guidance, and consistent follow-through -- whether you're working with an owner-operator buying their first Sprinter or a fleet manager sourcing multiple units, the client comes back because of how you handled the last conversation

• You come from automotive sales, B2B account management, commercial sales, or another consultative background -- and you understand that Sprinter buyers range from adventurers building out a camper van to contractors outfitting a work fleet, and the right advisor speaks to both

• You want to build a diverse, high-earning book of business at a Seattle Mercedes-Benz store where the Sprinter's broad market appeal -- personal, commercial, and fleet -- gives a motivated account manager more doors to knock on than most automotive roles ever offer

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Mercedes-Benz of Seattle sits in one of the Pacific Northwest's most commercially active and lifestyle-driven markets. The Sprinter sells here to a genuinely broad buyer base -- construction companies and healthcare providers, adventure travelers and last-mile delivery operators, government agencies and small business owners. The Commercial Vehicle Account Manager serves all of them, building relationships across personal and commercial buyer types and developing the kind of account portfolio that generates consistent repeat and referral business over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and manage a mixed portfolio of personal use and commercial Sprinter accounts -- owner-operators, small businesses, fleet buyers, and individual adventure or lifestyle clients across the Seattle metro

• Prospect for new commercial and personal Sprinter business through outreach, referrals, industry networking, and inbound lead follow-up -- this role rewards the account manager who actively builds pipeline alongside managing existing relationships

• Guide clients through Sprinter configuration options -- wheelbase, roof height, powertrain, seating, cargo, and upfit packages -- matching the vehicle's capabilities to each buyer's specific personal or commercial use case

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through delivery -- needs assessment, vehicle selection, upfit coordination where applicable, financing, and post-delivery follow-up

• Build and maintain a CRM-tracked client book -- consistent follow-up, fleet renewal timelines, and proactive outreach keep accounts active and referrals coming

• Develop commercial account relationships with businesses, fleet operators, and organizations across the Seattle market that have ongoing or recurring Sprinter needs

• Stay current on Sprinter configurations, Mercedes-Benz commercial incentive programs, personal use financing options, and competitive alternatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Sales or account management experience required -- automotive, commercial vehicle, B2B, or consultative sales backgrounds all transferable. Sprinter or commercial van experience a meaningful advantage

• Comfortable selling to both personal and commercial buyers -- the Sprinter's buyer base is genuinely diverse and the account manager who can move between a lifestyle buyer and a fleet manager in the same day is the one who builds the strongest book

• Relationship-first approach -- you follow up without being reminded, your clients feel genuinely served rather than sold to, and your repeat business reflects it

• Self-directed prospector -- inbound leads help, but the account manager who builds their own pipeline through outreach and referrals earns at the top of the range

• Genuine curiosity about the Sprinter platform -- personal use buyers want to talk about their build; commercial buyers want to talk about payload and upfit. You engage both conversations with real interest

• CRM discipline -- your pipeline and client records stay current because your habits make it so

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• OTE of $50,000 - $120,000+/yr -- a mixed personal and commercial Sprinter book rewards account managers who develop both sides of the market consistently

• Paid Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and commercial vehicle product training

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Career growth into CV sales management and commercial vehicle leadership roles within Swickard's expanding network

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY MERCEDES-BENZ OF SEATTLE -- COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

• Seattle's buyer base for the Sprinter is one of the most diverse in the Pacific Northwest -- outdoor enthusiasts, tradespeople, healthcare organizations, last-mile operators, tech campuses, and government agencies all drive meaningful Sprinter demand in this market, and a single account manager can develop relationships across all of them

• The Sprinter's personal use market is growing. Adventure van builds, mobile businesses, and lifestyle conversions are a real and expanding segment in a Pacific Northwest market full of buyers who use their vehicles as tools and as extensions of how they live -- that's a different conversation than fleet sales and a genuinely compelling one for the right account manager

• Commercial accounts are repeat buyers. The business owner who trusts you for the first Sprinter calls you for the second, third, and the ones their contacts need -- a well-managed commercial book compounds over time in a way retail sales rarely does

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- apply to every client relationship, personal or commercial

If you're a relationship-driven sales professional ready to build a diverse Sprinter account portfolio across personal and commercial buyers in one of the Pacific Northwest's most active van markets -- apply.
