Media Buyer / Creative Strategist at Sweat Pants… · Lisbon

Media buying has changed.

In 2026, a great media buyer is not just a button pusher. They understand the full system: creative, offer, conversion rate, platform dynamics, competition, and what to test next.

At Sweat Pants Agency, we are hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth across Meta ads for DTC and ecommerce brands.

This role is for someone who can run paid media and also think like a marketer.

You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help us scale what works.

If you've built or scaled your own eCommerce brand, we want to hear from you.

If you love following SOPs and repeating the same campaign structure forever, this is not the job.

If you love thinking, testing, and building frameworks that win, keep reading.

We're growing fast and we keep the bar high.

We believe the best media buyer today is a sharp marketer who uses AI every day. We built an internal creative analysis tool that connects to Claude, and we use Pipeboard to read and write to ad accounts and run heavy analysis. You don't need to know our stack yet. You do need to actually use AI in your work, not be afraid of it, and teach yourself what you don't know.

What You'll Do

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta
• Build creative testing roadmaps: develop angles, write briefs for editors, analyze what's working
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k / mo to $1m / mo per client
• Diagnose the full funnel: spot whether issues are creative, offer, or conversion
• Communicate clearly with clients: present results, plans, and next steps
• Work with UGC creators: source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed

You're A Great Fit If...

You have hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands:

• You've managed Meta Ads with real spend and can show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue)
• Bonus: You've built/operated your own Shopify store or eComm brand

You understand creative is the lever:

• You can pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and comments to generate new angles
• You've written UGC scripts or creative briefs
• You can work with editors to create winning ad variations
• Video editing or design skills are a plus

You're a strategist, not a robot:

• You challenge assumptions and adapt fast
• You don't blindly follow "best practices"
• You can explain what you're doing and why
• You use AI tools daily and teach yourself new ones

You have ownership and urgency:

• You act like it's your money
• You move fast and follow through
• You don't wait to be told what to do

Why This Role Is Exciting

This is not a maintenance job. You will be surrounded by people who move fast, care a lot, and take the work seriously.

You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale.

You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.
