📣 About the Internship

Help shape how SW Logistics reaches customers and builds its brand. You’ll contribute to marketing strategy, own assigned projects from idea to execution, and use data to recommend what we should do next.

With guidance from the team, you’ll gain experience setting objectives, testing ideas, and measuring results. No prior logistics experience is required.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Research our audiences, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities. Propose campaign ideas, recommend channels, and define objectives and success metrics with the team.

• Content & Thought Leadership: Create on-brand content that informs and inspires, such as slides, case studies, videos and more. Develop materials that strengthen customer conversations, including top-to-top customer meetings
  • Produce engaging videos from storyboarding and filming through to final edit

• Campaign Ownership: Take assigned campaigns from concept to launch—coordinating content, visuals, timelines, and publishing across LinkedIn, email, and our website. Review results and recommend next steps.

• Inbound Channel Optimisation: Analyse website traffic, visitor behaviour, and top-of-funnel performance using Google Analytics. Identify opportunities and test improvements to SEO, content, and landing pages and brainstorm ways to optimise marketing lead qualification strategies to attract relevant visitors and generate enquiries.

• Lead Qualification Strategy: Work with the sales team to understand what makes a relevant lead. Propose improvements to enquiry forms, messaging, and qualification criteria, and assess how these affect enquiry quality and follow-up.
