Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon

Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon – TruOrtho, PLLC | San Antonio, Texas

Position Summary
TruOrtho, PLLC is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our highly specialized, physician-owned private practice in San Antonio.
This is not a high-volume, multi-specialty orthopedic group. TruOrtho is a supra-subspecialized orthopaedic practice built intentionally around focused expertise, aligned surgical philosophy, and an elevated patient experience.

We are looking for a surgeon who values:
• Technical excellence
• Thoughtful patient selection
• Collaboration with like-minded specialists
• Autonomy in private practice

This is an opportunity to build a premier Foot & Ankle service line within a practice that prioritizes quality over volume.

Why TruOrtho? The Supra-Subspecialized Advantage

Focused Expertise, Not Fragmented Orthopedics
TruOrtho is intentionally structured around fellowship-trained subspecialists rather than broad general orthopedics. This allows:
• Deep mastery of complex pathology
• Efficient and refined surgical workflows
• Clear community identity
• High-level referrals seeking specialized expertise
As our Foot & Ankle surgeon, you will develop a defined regional presence within a practice known for precision subspecialty care.

Like-Minded Surgical Partnership
You will practice alongside surgeons who value:
• Meticulous surgical technique
• Evidence-based innovation
• Patient-specific surgical planning
• Long-term outcomes over short-term throughput
• Integrity in clinical decision-making
We believe orthopaedic surgery is both craftsmanship and responsibility. Alignment in philosophy matters.

Unparalleled Patient Experience
Our model is built on elevated, patient-centered care:
• Extended new patient visits
• Clear surgical education and expectation management
• Emphasis on non-operative optimization when appropriate
• Accessible, responsive communication
We are a relationship-based practice.

Private Practice Autonomy
As a physician-owned practice, TruOrtho offers:
• Clinical independence
• Direct input into practice growth
• Agile decision-making without hospital bureaucracy
