Parrotones helps California homeowners remodel without the usual mess. Normally five contractors walk through the house and you end up with five quotes that don't line up. With us the homeowner gets one visit. We write detailed digital scope, three vetted crews bid on that same scope, and the job runs through our app, Renovation Hub.

We need someone to do those visits.

The job

• Go to the house (kitchens, baths, ADUs, some light commercial, $10k to $250k+), measure, take photos, and write the scope in the app. Some jobs you'll scope from photos and video.
• Send it to our crews and make sure the homeowner has 3 bids within 7 days. That's our guarantee, so it matters.
• Line the bids up, point out what's missing or padded, and walk the homeowner through them.
• Once work starts, price change orders and check daily reports. You're not on the contractor's side or the homeowner's. You keep it fair.

You have

• 3+ years estimating residential remodels in California
• A good feel for what labor and materials actually cost here
• The ability to write a scope a crew can bid from without calling you ten times
• Patience with homeowners who are about to spend a lot of money and are nervous about it
• A car and a driver's license

Bonus: CSLB license, ADU or permit experience, Spanish or another language your clients speak.
