Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals
Elevate the customer experience with engaging facility tours
Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained
-Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation
Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines
Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions
Participate in tailored sales training and industry events
Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen
Execute operational procedures to elevate service quality
Proactively manage rent collections and fees
Maintain precise accounting records with transparency

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Exceptional customer service skills
Competitive spirit and a desire to drive sales
Energetic and open to new ideas and directions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A track record of success in sales and marketing is a plus
Proven experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations
-Full availability, including weekends
Willingness to complete light maintenance and property upkeep
A High School diploma/GED (college education is a plus)
A valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
