? Position Details ? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM ? Employment Type: Part-Time ? Pay Rate: $21–$29/hr, based on experience

- Requires perfect attendance during weeks 1–2
- Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks

? Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings
- Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
- Engage positively with clients and their families
? Qualifications
- RBT Certification (Required)
- Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
