Job Description
Summary: Starz is the leading premium entertainment destination for women and underrepresented audiences, and they are seeking an HR Intern for a structured, 10-week rotational internship program. The intern will gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions and work on a project aimed at designing a scalable company-wide rotation program for future interns.
Responsibilities:
- Support functional projects, research, documentation, and program execution
- Design a scalable company-wide rotation program template
- Conduct research and gather stakeholder input
- Develop program structure, learning objectives, and evaluation tools
- Present final recommendations to HR leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in: [Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field]
- Strong interest in Human Resources or People Operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and always maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework or experience related to HR, business, or organizational behavior
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HR systems – Workday a plus
