This is a remote, flexible, independent contractor role. You must be an attorney licensed and in good standing. No previous trademark experience is required, we'll provide several weeks of paid training.

Responsibilities

• Write office action arguments in support of client applications
• Negotiate cease and desist letters and consent agreements
• Participate in weekly attorney meeting to collaborate on complex trademark matters

Qualifications

• Must have active bar membership in one US state
• A people person: you remember people's dogs names
• Ability to listen to customers, understand the core issue, and respond in a simple, friendly way

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
