Job Description
OTR Team Truck Driver – Doubles/Triples Endorsement
Experienced OTR drivers with a Doubles/Triples endorsement — we’re hiring!
We’re looking for professional OTR team drivers who are ready to hit the road and earn competitive pay.
What we offer:
- $0.86 CPM tractor split — $0.43 CPM per driver
- Pay applies to the first 4,000 miles
- 5–7 days on the road, followed by 34 hours home to reset

Requirements:
- At least 1 full year of tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 3 years
- Valid Doubles/Triples endorsement
- Previous OTR driving experience
- Reliable and committed to on-time deliveries
- Comfortable with team driving and extended time on the road
Please note: We do not offer detention pay, so reliability and timely deliveries are important for this position.
