IT Engineer at Spots Electromechnical Works LLC in Dubai

w*e are looking for an experienced IT Engineer/ IT ADMIN* to manage AI and support IT infrastructure across our Head Office and construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company IT systems, networks, servers, and user support- HAS AI KNOWLEDGE.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and security camera systems across offices and project sites.
• Manage IP cameras, NVRs, access control, and remote monitoring systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and security issues.
• Support integration of AI-based camera and smart monitoring solutions for construction sites.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and technology service providers.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and data protection.
• Provide technical support to site and head-office teams.
• Assist in implementing new technologies to improve construction-site monitoring, productivity, and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of UAE experience, preferably within a construction or engineering company.
• Strong knowledge of networking, CCTV/IP cameras, NVRs, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with AI-powered CCTV, smart surveillance, or analytics systems is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred
