• Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and the Company’s clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
• Meet our clients’ needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.
• Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Take part in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• A relevant qualification in Audiology.
• Current registration with the appropriate professional body.

• Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
• An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
• A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
• Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.

What's in it for you?

• A competitive fixed salary which is based on your experience and expertise, not the number of hearing aids you fit.
• Regular support and mentoring from your Senior Clinician in Charge, and members of the Clinical Excellence team to help you to grow as an Audiologist.
• Opportunity to work alongside co-located ENT surgeons, exposing you to a wide range of complex cases in a collaborative environment.
• A broad scope of services including adult hearing aid rehabilitation, paediatric assessments, implantable hearing devices, and tinnitus management.
• Being a part of a dynamic and supportive team with a global company that is at the forefront of innovation in the hearing industry.
