Sales Executive | Cold Calling |… at Solven Media · Remote

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our digital marketing agency sales team.

This is a 100% commission-based sales role with no fixed salary. It is designed for people who are confident in sales, enjoy cold calling, understand B2B selling, and are motivated by earning based on their own performance.

You will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their marketing needs, presenting our digital marketing services, handling objections, and closing deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients.
• Identify and qualify businesses that could benefit from digital marketing services.
• Speak directly with business owners, founders, executives, and decision-makers.
• Understand a prospect’s business, marketing challenges, and growth goals.
• Present relevant digital marketing solutions based on the prospect’s needs.
• Build relationships with potential clients through calls, follow-ups, and consistent communication.
• Handle objections and confidently communicate the value of our services.
• Follow up with warm and interested prospects until the deal is closed.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Consistently work toward sales and revenue targets.
• Think creatively when approaching prospects and finding new ways to generate opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is required.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience in:

• B2B sales
• Cold calling
• Outbound sales
• Lead generation
• Appointment setting
• Closing deals
• Selling services or solutions
• Speaking with business owners or decision-makers

Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, web development, SEO, social media marketing, branding, or other agency services is a strong advantage.

You should be someone who:

• Is confident speaking with strangers and decision-makers.
• Can handle rejection without losing motivation.
• Knows how to have a sales conversation rather than simply reading a script.
• Can identify pain points and position a solution around them.
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Is creative and can think outside the box when prospecting.
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Understands that consistent activity drives sales.
• Is highly driven by performance and earning potential.
• Takes ownership of their results.

Commission-Based Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed salary or monthly base pay.

Your earning potential is directly connected to the business you bring in and the deals you close.

This opportunity is best suited for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable with a performance-based compensation model and want the opportunity to earn more by selling more.

If you are looking for a fixed monthly salary, this role will not be the right fit.

What We Provide

You will not be expected to build the entire sales infrastructure yourself.

We provide the tools and resources required to help you sell, including:

• Dedicated sales dialer
• Sales resources and service information
• Lead/prospecting support and resources
• Digital marketing service offerings to sell
• Sales guidance and support
• A professional agency environment
• Opportunity to work with international B2B clients

Why This Role Is Different

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to make calls from a script.

We want a sales-minded problem solver.

Every business has different challenges. A strong sales representative should be able to ask the right questions, understand what the client actually needs, and creatively position the right digital marketing solution.

If you can turn a cold conversation into a business opportunity, build trust with decision-makers, and close deals, you can do extremely well in this role.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has previous B2B sales experience, is comfortable with cold calling, understands the sales process from prospecting to closing, and has the ambition to build a high-income career through performance.

Experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, SaaS, IT services, web development, or another B2B service-based business is highly preferred.

This is a performance-driven role for sales professionals who want their earning potential to reflect their results.

If you are confident in your sales ability, enjoy speaking with businesses, and are ready to earn based on what you can sell, we would love to hear from you.
