Summary: Solidigm is a multibillion-dollar global company in the memory industry, seeking a Corporate Services Business Analytics Intern. This role provides hands-on experience in business analytics, dashboard development, and process optimization, allowing the intern to contribute to enterprise-level decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Corporate Services and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enable timely, data‑driven operational and executive decision-making - Analyze historical and ongoing business data to support forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic planning initiatives - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership - Assist in mapping, refining, and optimizing business and operational processes to improve efficiency, controls, and visibility - Contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement - Help standardize reporting and analytics methodologies across Corporate Services - Leverage Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet and SAP (and/or similar enterprise systems) to develop analytics solutions - Utilize AI-enabled tools where appropriate to enhance reporting, analysis, and business processes Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - 1–2 years of exposure to data analytics, visualization, or AI-enabled tools (academic or internship experience) - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI required - Familiarity with SAP, Smartsheet, or similar enterprise systems is a plus - Understanding of business operations, corporate services, or shared-services environments preferred - Project management, multitasking, and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, cross-functional environment Required Skills: Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, Smartsheet, AI-enabled Tools, Business Operations, Stakeholder Engagement, Analytical Thinking, Project Management
