Freelance Bing Ads Manager (Media Buyer) at Slapend Rijk… · Netherlan…

We're a fast-growing global pet brand with a lean team of freelancers who operate more like a startup crew than a remote workforce. We move fast, communicate directly, and genuinely invest in the people we work with — from team trips to personal gestures when someone goes above and beyond. It's not a transactional relationship. In key roles like this one, you work directly with our CEO from day one.

Read this before applying. This is not a regular freelance gig, and we're not a regular company. We work fast, change direction often, and speak our minds — and we expect the same from you. If direct feedback rattles you, if ambiguity frustrates you, or if you need close direction to feel confident, this won't be the right fit. If you take full ownership, move fast, and want to be rewarded for results, keep reading. Please don't apply as an agency, we foster a great team environment with individual Marketing experts.

This is a specialist role, not a generalist one. We are looking for one thing done exceptionally well: Bing Ads.

We're looking for a freelance Bing Ads Manager to run and scale paid campaigns across a portfolio of accounts under the same brand name.

This IS for you if:

• You've managed real ad spend on Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising and can show results
• You take full ownership of your accounts - no hand-holding needed
• You're direct, fast, and don't need things sugar-coated
• You want to be paid based on what you actually deliver, with real upside
• You like working closely with leadership, not buried in a hierarchy

This is NOT for you if:

• You need detailed instructions before you can start
• You disappear when something goes wrong instead of flagging it immediately
• You're not comfortable with numbers changing week to week based on performance
• You want a fixed monthly retainer regardless of your efforts and/or performance
• You take feedback personally

Practical details:

• Fully remote and freelance

• Time tracking via our tool

• NDA with non-compete clause required

• Include the word "whiskers" somewhere in your application so we know you read the whole post.

We start by seeing what you can do. Once results are clear, compensation grows fast.

• Opportunities to get bonuses and performance-based upside most companies don't offer. Our strongest people earn well beyond a standard freelance rate.

• Direct access to the CEO - no middle layers

• Team trips and in-person meetups

• A real team culture with people who genuinely like working together

• Flexible, fully remote work where results and effort are what counts
