The Role:

Assistant Foreman – Pool Installation

Responsibilities

· Support daily onsite operations by assisting the Foreman with planning, organizing, and executing pool installation tasks

· Lead by example through strong work ethic, professionalism, and consistent adherence to safety and quality standards

· Guide crew members by demonstrating techniques, offering direction, and helping newer team members learn

· Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively, including excavation tools and installation machinery

· Ensure jobsite readiness through layout assistance, material staging, equipment checks, and site cleanup

· Communicate project needs clearly with the Foreman and team to keep installations on schedule

· Troubleshoot onsite challenges and assist in finding practical, timely solutions

· Promote a positive team environment built on collaboration, respect, and accountability

Qualifications

· Construction or installation experience required; pool installation experience is a plus

· Willingness to learn leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility

· Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical tasks

· Basic equipment operation skills with openness to training on specialized tools

· Strong communication habits and a team-oriented mindset

· Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused approach to work
