AI Prompt & Workflow Specialist at Sirius Talent in Atlanta, GA

Sirius Staffing is hiring an AI Prompt & Workflow Specialist to design, test, and maintain AI prompts, agents, and workflows that deliver accurate, reliable, and scalable business results. This position requires hands-on experience designing, building, testing, or optimizing generative AI prompts, agents, or workflows.

Schedule: Remote, Monday–Friday, day shift (hours TBD)
Pay: $45.50–$50.50/hr, BOE

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and refine AI prompts, agents, and automation workflows, including multi-agent workflows that evaluate, combine, summarize, or route outputs.
• Work with Business Analysts, business users, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand processes, find automation opportunities, and turn requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Create test scenarios, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality, and troubleshoot and improve performance based on testing and production results.
• Maintain and update existing agents and workflows as business needs, models, and technologies change.
• Collaborate with Development teams to integrate AI workflows into business systems and applications.
• Guide and support business users who build or maintain AI agents and workflows.
• Set and maintain best practices for prompt development, testing, documentation, governance, and support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field (highly preferred). An equivalent mix of education, certifications, and experience will be considered.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, or optimizing generative AI prompts, agents, or workflows (required). This experience may come from work, internships, academic projects, certifications, or other applied AI projects.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including documenting processes and explaining technical ideas to business users.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn new AI tools and technologies quickly.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with business and technical teams.
• Ability to keep sensitive business and client information confidential.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
