Senior Executive, Scholarship & Awards… at SingHealth · Location…

Join SingHealth's Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) department and contribute to two meaningful areas of work: celebrating the achievements of our staff and inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals to build their careers with SingHealth.

We are looking for a Senior Executive, for a 5-month contract role, to support the planning and execution of cluster award ceremonies, coordinate nominations for national and cluster-level awards, and drive outreach and marketing efforts to attract scholarship and sponsorship candidates to SingHealth.

What You Will Do:

You will coordinate nomination calls for national awards such as the National Day Awards and cluster-level awards including the SingHealth Excellence Awards (SHEA) and SingHealth Administrators & Ancillary Staff Awards (SAAS), collating nominations from across SingHealth's institutions, verifying eligibility, and preparing materials for senior leadership review.

You will also plan and execute award ceremonies end-to-end, working with event management companies, vendors, and institution HR representatives to manage logistics and ensure smooth delivery on the day.

On the outreach side, you will partner with internal departments and external healthcare clusters to promote healthcare careers at school campuses and external events, develop publicity materials such as brochures and videos, keep website content current, and manage the procurement of corporate gifts for scholarship marketing efforts.

• Experience in event management, whether at school, through internships, or in a professional setting, will be an advantage
