Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Paint Supervisor / Foreman with strong knowledge of painting works and the ability to independently manage and coordinate workers at both factory and site locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of up to 20 workers at factory/site.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor daily painting activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other departments.
• Ensure proper application, finishing, and quality of all painting works.
• Conduct site coordination and resolve day-to-day painting-related issues.
• Ensure proper usage and handling of paint, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor material requirements and minimize wastage.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at the workplace.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced events and exhibition environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in Events & Exhibition painting works in UAE/GCC.
• Experience in interior fit-out will also be considered.
• Proven ability to independently handle and supervise a team of 20 workers.
• Vast knowledge of paints, coatings, materials, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Salary will be based on experience and expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
