Key Responsibilities

Sell Vietnam tour packages, holiday packages, air tickets, visa-related services, and other travel products.

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Prepare quotations and customized itineraries.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Coordinate with the Operations Team for confirmed bookings.

Requirements

Travel & tourism sales experience preferred.

Good English communication skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Knowledge of Vietnam tourism is an advantage.

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Commission
