Founder’s Personal + Content Assistant… at Signature… · Brentwood

m a founder building a luxury beauty and lifestyle brand, and I’m looking for a special person to become a trusted right hand in both my work and day-to-day life.

This is a unique hybrid role that blends personal assistance, light household support, and social media content capture. I’m looking for someone warm, organized, proactive, creative, discreet, and comfortable spending time alongside me throughout my normal day.

No two days will look exactly the same. Some days may involve helping me prepare for meetings or shoots, running errands, handling returns, organizing products or packages, or helping keep the spaces we’re working in tidy and beautiful. Other days, you may simply be with me capturing natural behind-the-scenes iPhone content as I work, get ready, cook, style the house, use products, or move through everyday founder and family life.

A big part of this role will be helping me document the moments that already happen rather than constantly creating staged content. I’d love someone who has a naturally good eye and understands how to capture beautiful, flattering, elevated B-roll on an iPhone. You do not need to be a professional photographer or videographer, but you should enjoy social media and understand what makes content feel visually interesting and aspirational.

The role may include:

• Capturing casual iPhone B-roll and behind-the-scenes social content
• Organizing and sending captured content to my social media team
• Assisting with errands, returns, pickups, and occasional shopping
• Helping organize products, packages, samples, and deliveries
• Preparing for meetings, shoots, events, or content days
• Light tidying and helping reset spaces throughout the day
• Keeping track of miscellaneous personal and business to-dos
• Jumping in wherever needed to help my days run more smoothly

This is not a traditional housekeeping position and it’s also not a traditional corporate executive-assistant role. I’m really looking for someone who enjoys wearing several hats and wants to become part of the rhythm behind a growing founder-led brand.

The right person will be trustworthy, positive, highly organized, discreet, self-motivated, and intuitive. Because you’ll occasionally be working inside our family home, discretion and good judgment are extremely important. I’d also love someone with a strong aesthetic sense who notices the little details and understands elevated beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and social content.

I’m currently envisioning approximately three weekdays per week or potentially a few hours most weekdays, primarily during daytime hours. I’m open to finding the schedule that works best for the right person, and there is potential for the role to grow over time.
