Summary: Signarama is the world’s leading sign and graphics franchise, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their signage needs while supporting internal marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide them through the order process
- Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion
- Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders
- Assist with production operations from time to time. Ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance

Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft 365 and POS systems
- Excellent command of the English language with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Understanding of basic sales and customer relations principles
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use
