Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlet Coordinator, this position is a key team member in providing customer service and quality products in casino-based food outlet locations.

Responsibilities

Taking patron food and beverage orders. Processing payments. Providing friendly, approachable and helpful customer service as part of a team. Assembling, wrapping/packaging and presenting hot and cold food and beverage orders. Finishing a variety of par- or pre-cooked menu items. Ensuring that all stations are fully stocked. Strictly adhering to safe food-handling practices. Washing and sanitizing dishes, tools, surfaces and equipment. Receiving and storing supplies in a safe and secure manner. Assisting with other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse situations and personalities. Previous serving experience would be an asset.
