• Develop managers and technical leaders and build effective networks across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Security, Training, HR, IT, and other functions to drive decisions in a complex matrix organization.
• Provide executive visibility and escalation of significant risks, regulatory developments, performance, capability gaps, and resource requirements, and represent RPEHS in executive planning, investments, integrations, and other major business decisions.

• Maintain operational oversight of core Radiation Protection programs, including dosimetry, ALARA, monitoring, radioactive material transportation, waste management, material accountability, required records, compliance assessments, and corrective actions.
• Exercise independent regulatory judgment and lead Radiation Protection aspects of incidents, reportability decisions, regulatory notifications, inspections, investigations, legal matters, and other significant U.S. regulatory issues.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Radiation Protection, Health Physics, Medical Physics, Nuclear Engineering, Physics, EHS, or a closely related scientific or engineering discipline.
