About the Role

Shafaq n Kami, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Operations Manager to lead our Human Resources and Operations functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, and overseeing administrative operations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
• Lead performance management, KPI tracking, and employee evaluations
• Address employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Maintain HRIS and employee records
• Administration
• Supervise office administration and facility management
• Ensure workplace operational discipline

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR & operations experience, preferably in a services based environment
• Strong experience of dealing with 100+ female staff
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in policy development, organizational restructuring and performance management systems

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
